The PUMP V2 pill

Every fee grows the liquidity.

How it starts

1

Launch on pump.fun

PUMP V2 launches on pump.fun paired against PUMP, with a 1.8% creator fee.

2

Buy 5% of supply

The dev wallet buys 5% of PUMP V2 at launch.

3

Pair it with PUMP on Meteora

That 5% of PUMP V2 is paired with an equal dollar amount of PUMP in a Meteora AMM pool. The fee is set to 1% and the pool is locked.

What that sets up

After launch, PUMP V2 already has a second pool behind it: 5% of supply paired with an equal dollar amount of PUMP, locked so it can never be pulled.

From day oneDepth behind every trade

Sells meet two pools instead of one, so the same sell moves the price less.

For goodLiquidity nobody can pull

The Meteora position is locked.

The loop

Step one

Every fee comes in as PUMP

pump.fun creator rewards and the fees from our protocol owned Meteora AMM all arrive as PUMP.

Step two

Half buys PUMP V2

We spend half of our PUMP buying PUMP V2 on the open market. Now we hold 50% PUMP and 50% PUMP V2.

Step three

A 50/50 liquidity add

The equal PUMP and PUMP V2 positions are deposited into the protocol owned Meteora AMM.

The net effect

50% of fees buy back PUMP V2 on the open market. The other 50% is paired against that PUMP V2 and compounded back into the LP.

Result oneBuy pressure on the chart

Every rebalance is a market buy of PUMP V2.

Result twoPermanent depth in the pool

Every rebalance adds to a locked pool that can't be pulled.

The pool, live

Every pool that holds PUMP V2, read from chain every minute. Open Other to see each pool in it.

Ledger

Every rebalance: the fees claimed, the buyback and the LP add. Open one to see its transactions.

The numbers

We call the buyback plus the add a rebalance. Say the fees since the last one come to 1,000 PUMP.

Claim1,000 PUMP

Creator fees from pump.fun and PumpSwap, plus our Meteora pool's fees. All of it arrives as PUMP.

Buy back500 PUMP buys PUMP V2

Half goes into a market buy of PUMP V2. We now hold 500 PUMP and 500 PUMP worth of PUMP V2.

Add50/50 into Meteora

Both halves go into our locked Meteora pool. The price stays put, and the pool grows by exactly what went in.

At least once a day, and more often when fees clear $500. Every claim, buy and add is a public transaction in the ledger above.

Why pair with PUMP

Every coin launched on pump.fun pays a small fee to pump.fun, and pump.fun uses 50% of those fees to buy back PUMP and burn it. For other coins, that's money going to a token they don't hold. PUMP V2 is paired against PUMP, so it goes to the asset our pool is made of.

Two buybacks, one pool

pump.fun's buyback works on the PUMP side of our pool. Ours works on the PUMP V2 side.

pump.fun's buybackBuys the PUMP in our pool

pump.fun spends half of its fees buying PUMP and burning it. Every one of those buys is demand for the asset that makes up half of our pool.

Our rebalanceBuys PUMP V2 and adds it

Every fee PUMP V2 earns goes back in. Half buys PUMP V2 on the open market, and the other half is paired with it and added to the locked Meteora pool.

Questions

Is this pump.fun?

No. It's a memecoin about pump.fun, launched on pump.fun and priced in PUMP. Nobody at pump.fun is involved.

How do I buy?

At launch, the Buy button at the top goes straight to PUMP V2 on pump.fun. Before you buy, check the contract address matches the one shown on this site. Copycats often launch with the same name.

Does this pump PUMP?

Not really. Our trades pay pump.fun's fee like every other launch, and part of that goes into PUMP buybacks. But that buyback runs on revenue from every coin on pump.fun at once, and PUMP is a large token, so our share only moves it if PUMP V2 drives serious volume next to everything else on the platform. Where our fees make a real difference is our own pool: every one of them goes back into PUMP V2's liquidity.

Can the liquidity be pulled?

Our Meteora position is locked permanently, so nobody can withdraw it, including us. We still claim its fees, and together with the creator fees from pump.fun, they pay for the rebalances. The PumpSwap pool is pump.fun's locked graduation pool.

Why add instead of burn?

Both raise the floor, the price the pools would still hold if every token outside them were sold back in. A burn raises it by removing tokens that could be sold. An add raises it by putting more PUMP underneath every token. Per dollar, the add raises the floor further whenever the pool holds less than half the supply, which is nearly always. With 20% of supply in the pool, an add lifts the floor about 2.5 times as much as a burn. It also keeps the tokens in the pool as depth, so every trade after it moves the price less.

Why Meteora?

PumpSwap doesn't let anyone set a pool's fee, so a second pool there would charge the same 1.8% as the main one. We want the full 1.8% on the main market to get the most out of launch volume, and a cheaper second pool for everything after. Our Meteora pool is set at 1%, so as it grows and more trades route through it, traders pay less in fees overall. It pays out in PUMP, which is what the rebalance runs on, and we can lock it and still claim its fees. It's also the AMM we know best.

What counts as total liquidity?

Total liquidity is every pool that holds PUMP V2, whoever made it. The live panel splits it into:

  • Locked PumpSwap AMM. pump.fun's graduation pool, counting only the liquidity pump.fun locked at graduation. Before graduation this is the pump.fun curve.
  • Protocol owned Meteora AMM. Only the dev wallet's positions, read from their on-chain accounts.
  • Other. Everything else, like someone adding to PumpSwap or to our Meteora pool, or a pool anyone opens on Orca, Raydium or a Meteora DLMM. Open Other on the live panel to see each pool.
Where do I follow along?

The Discord is where the chat is. @PumpV2xyz on X posts every rebalance as it happens. The ledger on this page keeps the full history with every transaction.

Will it go up?

Probably not. Most of these go to zero and this one has no product, no revenue and no plan beyond the pool getting deeper. Buy accordingly.
